The mission of the ACLU of Colorado is to protect, defend and extend the civil rights and civil liberties of all people in Colorado through litigation, education and advocacy.

BI, INC.
The mission of the BI team of professionals is to be the leading provider of offender monitoring and re-entry services to improve community public safety. BI Incorporated combines state-of-the-art technology – including sophisticated electronic monitoring, voice verification, and remote alcohol-testing – with effective, research-based treatment services in order to excel in one business: offender management. BI currently provides approximately 2,500 governmental agencies nationwide with electronic monitoring technology, supervision services from a national monitoring center, community-based treatment services, and re-entry programs.

COALITION FOR A THOROUGH & UNIFORM COLORADO PUBLIC EDUCATION SYSTEM
The Coalition consists of seven school districts that collectively advocate for adequate and equitable funding for school children throughout Colorado. The Coalition was an instrumental force in crafting the School Finance Act of 1994 and has consistently worked to strengthen the Act and improve public education in Colorado. The mission of the Coalition is to work with their communities and the legislature to ensure that each student, regardless of where he or she lives, has sufficient financial support to be assured of an equal opportunity to receive a high quality education, to achieve state academic standards and to meet public expectations.

COLORADO ASSOCIATION OF CHIEFS OF POLICE
The Colorado Association of Chiefs of Police (CACP) is a professional organization committed to excellence in delivering quality service to their membership, the law enforcement community, and the citizens of Colorado. Through their leadership they provide education and training and promote the highest ethical standards. The CACP are personally and professionally dedicated to preserving basic family values, which are essential for achieving a high quality of life.

COLORADO ASSOCIATION OF FAMILY & CHILDREN’S AGENCIES
The Colorado Association of Family & Children’s Agencies (CAFCA) is a broad based group of not-for-profit organizations uniting together to develop the best care possible for Colorado's children and their families. Their mission it to advocate for the well-being of at-risk Colorado children and families through collaboration, leadership and public policy activities.

COLORADO ASSOCIATION OF HOMES & SERVICES FOR THE AGING
The Colorado Association of Homes and Services for the Aging (CAHSA) is a non-profit organization representing providers of housing, health care, and community based service options for Colorado's seniors. CAHSA serves its members and advances a continuum of care choices through advocacy, education and knowledge exchange.

COLORADO ASSOCIATION FOR RECYCLING
The mission of CAFR is to develop economic, political and social conditions statewide that advance and promote the conservation of natural resources through reducing, reusing and recycling materials that would otherwise become waste.

COLORADO COALITION AGAINST DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
The Colorado Coalition Against Domestic Violence (CCADV) is dedicated to the elimination of domestic violence in all of its forms. Through community education, networking and the empowerment of battered women and children, CCADV serves as a forum for social action and the development of services for battered women and their families by bringing its membership and the community together. CCADV is a diverse network of rural and urban advocates who work together through the coalition to coordinate services, exchange information and work on issues of common concern, thereby providing a unified, statewide environment that will nurture members’ local, community-based efforts to stop domestic violence.

COLORADO COALITION AGAINST SEXUAL ASSAULT
The Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault (CCASA) is a statewide coalition of individuals and organizations working together for freedom from sexual violence. As the collective voice of sexual assault survivors and those who support and serve them, CCASA's mission is to ensure that those impacted by sexual violence are treated with dignity and respect and have full access to quality services and resources. CCASA achieves its mission through an emphasis on education, changing public policy, and advocating for adequate funding for sexual assault services.

HOUSING COLORADO!
Housing Colorado! is a unified voice supporting the preservation and production of quality affordable housing for low- and moderate-income Coloradans through education and advocacy statewide in order to build a strong economy and healthy communities.

COLORADO ORGANIZATION FOR VICTIM ASSISTANCE
The Colorado Organization for Victim Assistance is a statewide membership organization committed to addressing the needs of all victims of crime by providing support and education for individuals, systems, agencies, and communities in such a way as to value diverse backgrounds.

COLORADO ORGANIZATIONS RESPONDING TO AIDS
Colorado Organizations Responding to AIDS is a statewide coalition of over 20 HIV and AIDS organizations whose mission is to promote, develop and implement collaboration through board and staff involvement among organizations providing HIV and AIDS services and education. Coalition members strive to improve lives affected by HIV and AIDS and to prevent HIV infection.

COLORADO SCHOOL COUNSELOR ASSOCIATION
The Colorado School Counselor Association (CSCA) represents school counselors at all levels in Colorado. Its purpose is to serve its members and the public through programs that advance guidance and counseling in all school work settings: elementary, middle/junior high, high school and post-secondary. CSCA services over 1,400 school counselors in the state of Colorado.

MOTHERS AGAINST DRUNK DRIVING, COLORADO CHAPTER
MADD’s mission is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime, and prevent underage drinking.

EQUAL RIGHTS COLORADO
The mission of Equal Rights Colorado is to achieve equal rights for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) Coloradans, their families, communities, and friends.

PLANNED PARENTHOOD OF THE ROCKY MOUNTAINS
The mission of Planned Parenthood of the Rocky Mountains (PPRM) is to improve the quality of life by enabling all people to exercise individual choice in their own fertility and reproductive health. PPRM advocates for responsible reproductive health care legislation in six states, including, Colorado, Missouri, West Virginia, Wyoming, Nevada and New Mexico.
